Subject: Collectionof CR Dossier, Vigilance nd Integrity Certifice of InstrumentalistGr.II in AIR-Promtion to the post of Instrumentalist Gr.I

                              Reference this Directorate s even no. dated 26.04.2012 on the subject noted above.

2. This Directorate had called for CRDossiers, Vigilance Certificate and other related information in respect ofInstrumentalist Gr.II eligible for promotion to the post ofInstrumentalist Gr.I. However, requisitedocuments have not been received from following AIR Station: All IndiaRadio,Thrissur/Bangalore/Calicut/NewDelhi/Silchar/Jaipur/Agra/Lucknow/Jalandhar/Indore/Varanasi/Rewa/Dharwad/Leh/Jodhpur/Imphal.

3. In want of the same meeting of the DPC is not beingconvened. AIR stations are therefore requested to send the upto-date CR Dossier of the Instrumentalist Gr.IIalongwith Vigilance/Integrity certificateand certificate for any penality imposed during the past 10 years merntioned atAnnexure-II to this Directorate latest by 15th June, 2012:

4. The time limit may strictly be followed. Failingwhich the matter will be brought intothe notice of DG, AIR.
