Subject:-Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPs) for the Central Government Civilian Employees - Cases in respect of Announcers in All India Radio regarding.
In pursuance of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) dated 19.05.2009 circulated vide DG: AIR Lr. No. B-12017/7/2008-WL dated 29.05.2009 and the clarification conveyed vide Lr.No. 6/9/2009-SVIII/672 dated 10.11.2009, the Screening Committee for MACP Cases on completion of 10, 20 & 30 years service will consist as per the existing norms for the cadre of Announcers, Music Composers, Instrumentalists, News-reader-cum-Translators etc., which is notified in Recruitment Rules. Based on the decision conveyed the Screening Committee to consider the MACP cases of employees in the above said cadres who are in the pre revised Scale of Pay of Rs. 6500-10,500/-(Group B Gazetted) are only to be constituted in this Directorate.
2. Zonal Head, AIR Stations are therefore requested to take immediate necessary action to convene the Screening Committee Meeting to consider the MACP Cases on completion of 10, 20 and 30 years service in respect of Announcers Grade-IV and Grade-III in their zone at the zonal head station itself and send recommendation(s) of the Screening Committee Meeting along-with related supporting documents for approval of the competent authority in this Directorate.

देर आये दुरुस्त आये ,आखिर उद्घोषकों की एम् ए सी पी कि बारी आ ही गयी |सबसे आखिर में जब सारे काडर का एम् ए सी पी हो गया |देखना ये है कि ५००० और ५५०० को क्या एम् ए सी पी में भी ४२०० की ही ग्रेड पे दी जाती है |इस बारे में हमें जागरूक होना होगा वर्ना हमें इस कवायद से क्या लाभ ?
अरुण जी, 19 मई 2009 की एम ए सी पी स्कीम में स्पष्ट है कि 4200 के ग्रेड पे वाले को 10 वर्ष पश्चात 4600, 20 वर्ष बाद 4800 तथा 30 वर्ष पूरे होने पर 5400 ग्रेड पे मिलेगा I चूँकि अनाउंसर का एंट्री ग्रेड पे ही 4200 है अतः पहले मिली डी पी सी,ए सी पी को दरकिनार करते हुए सेवा काल के वर्षों को गिनना है तथा 10,20,30 का लाभ देना है I
रत्नू जी , आप जैसा कह रहे हैं वैसा ही हो तो कम से कम् कुछ राहत मिलेगी | डर ये रहता है कि न देना चाहने वाले नियमों की व्याख्या अपने मुताबिक करते हैं |पूर्व में भी हमने ऐसा ही धोखा खाया है |हमें भविष्य के लक्ष्यों के लिए दबाव बनाये रखना है | एम् ए सी पी का मिलना कोई ऐसी चीज़ नहीं होगी जो हमें उपलब्धि सी लगे |हमें पे पारिटी की मांग को हर क्षण याद रखना है |अन्यथा अवकाश प्राप्ति तक उदघोषक ४८०० ग्रेड पे नहीं प्राप्त कर पा रहे हैं | नवीन फोटो के लिए बधाई स्वीकारें | यदि इस ब्लॉग पर चैट सुविधा हो तो सदस्य लाइव बात कर\जुड सकते हैं |सबको दीप पर्व की शुभकामनाएं !! आपके जीवन में भी समानता का प्रकाश फैले !!
Friends, for your convenience i have made a link to whole MACP Scheme at the Directorate's order, pl read details or clarifications of this scheme. It is very much clear that Announcers will get GP4600 after 10 years, GP4800 after 20 years and GP5400 after the completion of 30 years.
