इलाहाबाद कैट ने upgradation को उपयुक्त माना था और वही केस अब highcourt में है जहाँ महानिदेशालय को शपथ पत्र पेश करना है,संभवतः जुलाई में सुनवाई होनी है.
dear colleagues,we have completed 19 years under akashvani announcers association without achieving anything till date.the problems of the cadre remain unattended and the socalled leaders failed the cadre.let me remind you that the directorate gave an affidvit to arjuns rti that no representaion has been recieved from our association since2002 and this is sufficient proof to nail the lies of arunsinha,chandrashekar,sadhana, nutan vasisht,manojdev and their cotorie.arjuns RTIs have brought-in a new impetus to our struggle and it is because of his relentless efforts the cadre review proposal was replied by the directorate and not because of the associations effort.this can be verified in the RTI papers.in the last five years since chandrashekar and sadhana proclaimed themselves as leaders,they only spread lies and hatemail against anybody that questioned their inaction.on the 17th of july iwas invited to hyderabad to have an open disscussion with them where chandrashekar declared that he is getting the work done by paying kickbacks to a tune of 1crore and said he has scant regard for struggle through courts and RTI.and this fellow was not even aware of the joint secretary's committee constituted for settling of pay disparity.he refused to represent this committee and again sent false SMSthat the proposal has been approved by PBboard on 21st julynow u have heard tons of lies from them but RTI has brought out the truth that nothing has been done for the cadre by the association till now- not even a representation ever.so what were they doing collecting monies from announcers?why were they going to delhi on flights and why everybody is contributing for this great drama and cheating?these people are also just announcers like us and they have no magic wand in thier hands to get things done without struggle.they have made false promises of brokering our cause trough backdoors and people are left day-dreaming.if anybody questions their illogical means they will spread bad propoganda as they did against me and now arjun.the socalled official website is run by a retired person who knows nothing except feeding us false data.we need change in our leadership and change in our struggle plans and prepare a road map for future struggle to approach the supreme court.we need a dias to exchange our views and prepare the roadmap.it is high time that we organise a proper association with proper registration and recognition.so a meeting will be organised at NEWDELHIfor two days at conference hall of Akashvanibhani Bhavan and request u all to send maximum representatives to this two day meeting to ensure solidarity and strenth to our cadres struggle.e.krishnasastry.
sir your information reg the working of AAA is an eye opener but people like us who are serving in remotest part of the country are helpless except to believe on the statements given by our leaders and right now im in dillemma whom to believe and whom not to.If this is what the attitude of our directorate/section towards we announcers then what are we doing u show us the path or any damn path to fight for our right
