Subject :- Booking of Retired officials on Casual assignment basis.No।15/8/2010-PI NewDelhi, dated 09.06.2010
In view of the shortage of qualified staff, it has been decided as an interim measure to engage retired personnel from IIS, NRT, PEX. Production Staff and Announcers for a maximum period of 29 days in a month on casual assignment basis as and when required for programmes and until further orders.
The person engaged shall be entitled to fee for the day of assignment booking as prescribed vide Memo No 15/6/2005-P-1 (Pt-IV) Dated 22.09.2008 and Memo No 15/6/2005-P-1 (Pt-IV) Dated 23.03.2009.All other casuals who have already attained the age which is over and above the maximum age required for Government Service, may also be engaged for periods upto maximum of 29 days in a month on existing fee structure for assignments, depending upon programme requirements.
It may be ensured that the assignment to an individual in the categories mentioned above does not exceed 29 days in a month, under any circumstances.
This issues with the approval of CEO, Prasar Bharati.

It has been decided that the Fee for retired PEX is fixed Rs. 600/- per day on casual assignment basis for a maximum period of 29 days in a month.

Both the 09/06 and 22/06/10 orders taken from All INDIA RADIO official website:(AIRNET)and you can use these as officially certified copies.
hello sir, i want to say one thing...m 37 years old n casual announcer in all india radio varanasi...am i visible for 29 bookings.....if yes then what to do for that...thank you sir
09/06/2010 के आदेश में तो 29 बुकिंग की बात कही गई है लेकिन सरकारी नौकरी में आने की अधिकतम उम्र क्या है? अनाउंसर के लिए तो सामान्य श्रेणी में 35 वर्ष है लेकिन आरक्षित कैटेगरी के लिए अलग मानदंड हैं | आप इसके लिए पी-1 सेक्शन आकाशवाणी महानिदेशालय को आर टी आई से पूछ सकते हैं |

friends I heard a discussion of two duty officers that one circular has been issued by the directorate which indicates that maximum booking for retired Announcers on casual basis should be 72 days in a year.If it has been performed no further booking will be done .plz clarify.

Sir,I am a recenly retired Announcer.WhenI was called for duty,in July,2013,even I showed the 29days booking Order,my Station PECO tells I may be called for duty Only( other) Casual Announcers are fully given duties in a month.Hence I was given only 3duties in2 months.Plaese clarify.

already above age of eligibility for any govt job.is there any sp provision for people like us?any contract basis vacancy or similar to that. pls let me know. ISHITA BUCH.
